Hi there! My name is Amber and i have a husband Jordan. we built this home for a family but since it is trying times it looks like we are needing a roommate, we do intend to sell the house but you will be given notice however i don’t see this happening for a while. In this lovely home you will get your own toilet and bathroom, full queen size bedroom of your choice either front room or one with a window facing one side of the yard. Can negotiate in price and am willing to negotiate a spot in the garage, if you have a boat or project car willing to have that down the side of the house too for a further fee. We have a gorgeous Rottweiler named Skylar, she is the biggest teddy bear! Along with sky we have Salem and Wednesday our cute but weird cats, We do have 2 living areas but we watch tv in the media room, Kitchen is large with a gas oven, Dishwasher and large fridge. The property has a fan in every room and air conditioning, once the quarterly bill comes in for water and electricity i will let you know if an extra payment is needed but doubt anything like that will happen, My husband and I are medicinal smokers and we have no problem with anyone smoking as long as it’s not in the house.
