A Little About Me
I work full-time and enjoy staying active—I regularly go to the gym, run, and cycle. I usually cook once a week to meal-prep for the week ahead. I'm not a party person and tend to have early nights. On weekends, I enjoy early mornings with a walk, coffee, and breakfast, and I also set aside time for cleaning because I like to keep the home tidy, organised, and comfortable.
Who I'm Looking For
The room is currently rented at $600 per week. However, I'm offering it for $550 per week (including all bills) to the right person.
This price is non-negotiable and is offered specifically in exchange for a housemate who is exceptionally clean, tidy, and takes pride in maintaining a spotless home.

I'm looking for a tenant who:
Is very clean and organised.
Is happy to contribute to cleaning the shared areas on a weekly basis.
Respects a quiet, peaceful home.
Is reliable, considerate, and treats the home as her own.
To make sure we're both happy with the arrangement, the first month will be a trial period for both of us. This gives us the opportunity to ensure we're a good fit before continuing the tenancy long-term.
