Description of the home

I have 3 cats. They spend most of their time in my bedroom. YOU do not have to have them in your bedroom or bathroom. I am fastidious with litter, can not stand the smell, nor should you have to.

Bus 20 metres from door.
Swimming pool about 100 metres from front door.
BBQ area, near by.
Back Courtyard with a catio in it, again so you dont have to be bothered by the critters.
Currently the two rooms on offer will be empty. Both rooms have a ceiling fan, curtains and built-in wardrobes. Recently had wood flooring put down, and all lights updated to LEDs.
Both rooms share a huge bathroom.
There is no storage available (garage); however, there will be kitchen storage possible.
Hot water is via gas, everything else is electric.
Washing machine and dryer.
300 metres to a reasonable shopping centre.
Gated community.

one: Blue Russian furry cat. He's big and bold and takes over. I suggest you close your door...or not.

one: tabby with white feet. Psychotic Witch from hell, disguised as delightful. Hates everyone equally.

one: MIDGET white and ginger long haired tabby. Once you have passed her test, she is truly delightful.

Cats are personal, these can be personable. I strive to keep cat fur down, I dont enjoy it.
