THE TOWNHOUSE: I am a quiet, friendly, clean and respectful flatmate. Two rooms available in the property, I am the only one living here. I am easy going and easy to chat to but also appreciate a flatmate's space.
This townhouse has bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and living spaces downstairs, incl downstairs toilet and laundry. It is very a spacious townhouse with a lovely private courtyard and space under cover outside to dry clothes, large lounge, 2 toilets, air in lounge, 1 bathroom.
There is off street parking, a pool for summer, a full sized tennis court and a communal BBQ area, and a separate bush path at back of complex with private access. I do have cats and a small dog, so preference to no other pets but we can have to have a chat to see if suitable
We are super close to the bus AND train - both take about 30mins to city and the bus/car is 7 mins to Westfield Chermside; an amazing and large shopping centre with movies, bowling, restaurants and cafes and lots of shops. You can also train to Southbank, a lovely place to spend the day.
We are close to many shopping centres and the Sandgate beachfront. In the complex there is off street parking, a pool for summer, a full sized tennis court and a walk within the complex. An easy move.
2 weeks rent in advance, bond 2 weeks. 2 weeks’ notice when you wish to move but you can decide a set time when you arrive. After paying 2 weeks you pay a week later on that day to stay two weeks ahead. I'm looking for non-smoking flatmates, that can pay rent on time, are quiet and clean, ok with my pets, can mop and vaccuum the shared areas once a week, and to clean up what they use. Everything is included if normal use, but everyday shared things like toilet paper, costs are shared. If you like your own space or are up for a chat, it's all ok, I am easygoing. You must be have outside work, or study, only quiet couples (this will be a higher rent for two people). Let's chat. Let me know when you need to move, a little bit about yourself, and when you would like to visit. If you have a bed for the larger room the single bed can be moved to the smaller room. Hi I'm Jeanette. I have taken some time off work but keep very busy. I have pets and socialise a lot. I enjoy games nights if you want to join me and I have a garden front and back. I like watching netflix at night if I'm not going out with friends. I like a drink every now and then, having chats, keeping it social, I sometimes go to music bingo or trivia, walks along the beachfront or parks, go to the gym, like to sing, well lots of things, but appreciate a homely space and quiet home as well. I respect a place to recharge at home. No smoking or vaping inside.

A good flatmate is happy to do their share of housework, is easy to chat to, and pays the rent on time. An independent adult please. If you like animals, that would be great.
