THE TOWNHOUSE: I am a quiet, friendly, clean, and respectful flatmate. There are two rooms rented at the property, and myself, so you will be living with one or two others, including myself at any time. I am easy going and easy to chat to, but also appreciate when you want your own space. Currently there is a Korean young lady and myself.
This townhouse has the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, and shared living spaces are downstairs including an extra toilet and laundry. It is very a spacious townhouse with a lovely private courtyard full of plants, and space under cover outside to dry clothes. I have two fridges, so no arguements about space in the fridge! There is a large lounge, 2 toilets, air in lounge, 1 shared large bathroom. Sound does not carry easily, so it stays pretty quiet.
There is off street parking, a pool for summer, a full-sized tennis court, a communal BBQ area, and a separate bush path at the back of complex with private access.
I do have cats and a small dog that are friendly and usually quiet.
We are super close to the bus AND train - both take about 30mins to city and the bus/car is 7 mins to Westfield Chermside; an amazing and large shopping centre with movies, bowling, restaurants and cafes and lots of shops. You can also train to Southbank, a lovely place to spend the day.
We are close to many shopping centres, bakery, IGA, chemist, pizza and kebab place, many shops and the Sandgate beachfront.
REQUIREMENTS:
I'm looking for non-smoking responsible flatmates (if smoking must be outside), that can pay rent on time, live quietly and clean. We share the weekly cleaning of about 40 mins each once a week for mopping, vacuum, bathroom, toilets, rubbish, and appreciate a flatmate that keeps shared areas clean and tidy after use.
You must have outside work, or study.
If you like your own space or feel like a chat, we are happy to work with your preference. I have lots of games and karaoke, so happy to do this with you, if you enjoy this as well.
COST TO MOVE: 2 weeks rent in advance, bond is usually 2 weeks. Stay two weeks rent in advance by paying rent each week.
