Hi, I'm renting and recently divorced, and the house is now far too big for me as I only have the kids (son and daughter, both still at school) every 2nd week.

I'm clean and tidy, very healthy, don't smoke, no pets. I pretty much cook all my own meals, and am happy for you to be part of that process.

I'm easy going, work from home most of the time (have an office downstairs), so do need someone to be mindful that there will be times during the day when I need no noise as I run online training for an hour or so (not too often).
