Description of the home

Hi! This property is on a 600m+ corner block and the room for rent is on the other side of the house from the master bedroom (my room), so it will be peaceful.

There is no intention to have another housemate so only two occupants of the house at any time.

There is a lot of space to host as there is an outdoor patio with a 10 seater dining table and a smaller 4 seater picnic table. There are two entrances to the house and one is a remote controlled gate.

There is a security camera on each gate and door to the house so very secure and the community has been great since I've lived here.

The house is very close to a 24/7 gym with cheap yearly fees, so very appealing to anyone wanting access to a quick workout.

When driving, this location is about 6-10 min away from Grand Plaza and 15min away from the Park & Ride at Greenbank RSL which has busses that run to the city in the morning for an average 35-1hr commute.

This location is about 18 min to Sunnybank Plaza, 22min to Westfield Mt Gravatt and 21min to Inala Plaza.

Being in Browns Plains DoorDash provides drone delivery from certain businesses which is fun to order and watch come.

The property has two under cover car spots.

The room being rented has access to a shared bathroom and toilet, but only shared with visitors of the house.

The room has a queen size bedframe but does not have a mattress, that would have to be provided by you.

The other two rooms is an office and a recording room for podcasts which is a hobby.

Preference is no pets, but can be negotiated.

The listing is not suitable for couples, sorry.

All will be included in the $250.00 however agreement will state if there is excessive use a new or separate charge may apply.

The usage allowances have been generous so it would need to be unreasonably excessive.
