Description of the home
The house is fully furnished, however you would have to bring your things for your room as it’s not furnished. You have your own bathroom as well. Plenty of street parking available.
Located in a great spot only 2 minutes walk to Oxford street which features plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the Bulimba ferry which you can catch the City Kat into the city with some great views of Brisbane. It’s also about a 15 minute drive to Brisbane CBD and about 15 minute drive to Brisbane airport. This is a perfect location as it’s central to most things.
The rent is $315 a week which does not include bills. Bills will be split evenly as they come up such as water, electricity, internet etc.
You’ll have to pay a bond deposit and agree to the arrangements listed in the contract.
Unfortunately no couples or pets allowed.
The room is available from the 19/4/24
I am looking for someone to stay for at least 12 months but can be negotiated.
