Including you, there are four of us living in a huge house!
We have a well mannered 15 year old Border Collie, Basil, living with us who will always be happy to see you. Given his age, we're a one pet household.

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, views of the backyard, nearby Whites Hill and plenty of natural light. Room can be furnished or unfurnished if you have your own things.

Our house is well laid out, two bedrooms at the back end of the house with their own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are in the front of the house with an additional bathroom.

There are two separate lounge rooms if you want some privacy or to entertain guests, parking on the property and street (no permit needed), secure storage under the house, ducted aircon, Chromecasts on both TV's, shared wifi, etc.
City views from the front door, beautiful gardens (all lawn and garden maintenance included in the rent) with an industrial swing set in the back yard!

Bus stop at end of the street, with buses to the city and surrounds.
1km to Camp Hill Marketplace.
Whites Hill Reserve is close by with walking trails to enjoy.
Close to Martha St precinct.
