Bathroom is shared with 1 other person. All residents share chores, eg taking out the garbage & bins on bin night, putting the clean dishes away & keeping the bathroom/shared space clean & everyone is required to wash up & clean benches/stove after each use.
The city is a 15 minute drive & 5 minutes to Westfield Carindale. A short walk to Samuel Village & major public transport. Camp Hill is a safe, quiet suburb with many restaurants, bakeries, gyms & cafes. Also close walk to Whites Hill if you like bushwalking or running, with plenty of wildlife including possums, kangaroos & koalas.
Would suit mature quiet couple, students, backpackers or FIFO workers.
Outside smoking is ok in designated area.
Must love dogs!!!
