Looking for a room mate in Cannon Hill.
I’ve been living by myself for about 18months.
Whats on offer: 1 bedroom furnished/unfurnished. Up to you. Split utility bills & internet. Off street/curb or drive way parking. Periods of alone time and the house entirely yours (you’ll need to mow the lawns when I’m away). Bus stop down the end of the street, or you can car pool with me on the days I drive in (I have a car space in the city).
This place is a rental, so you’ll have to go on a lease (I’ll sort that with the real estate).
