🏠 Room for Rent – Carina, QLD 4152
Hey all! Looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease until November in Carina ($175 pw + bills) and Bond $700
The bedroom fits a double bed. Room will be unfurnished but can include a wardrobe with a mirror for all your clothes! Happy to send current pics on request. There’s also cupboard outside the room available to be used for storage.
Separate shower, separate bath and separate toilet, as well as a downstairs toilet. Large kitchen with an AC in living room for the hot summers.
Downstairs we’ve got a media/games room where you can play board games, watch TV, have people over etc.
You must love dogs as Cody is a big boy and will give you endless kisses all day. Smokey the cat also enjoys a cuddle.
