I am looking for a mature responsible clean & tidy quiet living person to share my modern 3 bedroomed townhouse. The room to rent has an attached bathroom which is totally new as is the carpet, paint & a new quiet efficient fan. It is downstairs & I sleep upstairs so somewhat private. We would share the kitchen, living & laundry facilities.
I don’t have Wifi atm but looking at getting it installed in the near future.
Car parking is on the street but safe.
Very close to public transport, the airport, large Westfield shopping centre, outdoor gym park, swimming pool etc.
