Description of the home
Walking distance to Redbank shopping centre.
20 min walk/ 4 min drive to Redbank Train Station.
House is two story. Upstairs has your own bedroom, bathroom and balcony, as well as your own living area.
We live downstairs but use the upstairs kitchen and office.
There is a spare bedroom upstairs. We will very occasionally have friends or family stay in the spare room for a night/weekend (and will communicate if we're doing so) You're welcome to do the same. This is a guest bedroom and will not be rented out.
The third bedroom upstairs in currently set up as an office.
The built in cupboard in this room has been cleared out so you can use as additional storage.
If you also need an office space we can discuss further about what works best.
The laundry is downstairs and you're welcome to use that as you please.
There is a double carport and you can have one of those spaces. There's also a 7kw EV charger if you need.

Dustin (45) works in the architecture sector full-time Mon-Fri closer to Brisbane.
Our evenings during the week are rather quiet, and usually just involve dinner and tv.
We both enjoy watching the AFL when it's on.
Our weekends are spent catching up with friends out and about, as well as doing gardening and other work around the house.
We sometimes have friends over on weekends for a couple bevies.
During the summer we spend lots of time by the pool and occasionally have people around for a dip to beat the heat on weekends.
There's a separate living room for you so you can watch your own things (byo TV) but happy for a joint movie session or watch AFL etc.
The kitchen is shared so we'd like someone that cleans up after preparing meals.
Ideally after someone that works 30+ hours pw.
No pets sorry
He is a rehome and takes a while to get used to new people sometimes.
He spends time both inside and outside, and is usually outside overnight depending on weather.
Bruce loves a good stick or bone, and loves his toys, as well as a good nap.
