I have my own bathroom in the ensuite bedroom. The other bathroom can be used by you exclusively however I would very rarely like to be able to use the bathtub in there. There is a spare matress base (queen) left by my cousin who is moving out and does not want. It will require a new matress to put on top if you wish to use it. There are also a couple spare desks in storage you can choose from if you need one.

Very quiet area, house is very soundproofed from the outside. It is a townhouse, the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs contains living room, laundry and kitchen.
No need for a car or driving as the location is close to public transport and very close walking distance to most ammenities.
1.5 minute walk to silkstone village (Coles, doctor, Take away food/cafe/restaurant, pharmacy). Couple minutes walk to 2 seperate bus stops allowing easy public transport to whole of ipswich area. Buses connect to train line for further reach to brisbane, gold coast etc.
Directly across from the house are big fields for sport, and when not occupied by sports events are available to the public for use.

Bills and expenses
Electricity, Gas, Internet, Water.
Bills are to be split evenly. Internet $52.50 per month($13 weekly).
Electricy, Gas and Water are dependent on usage but from previous bills roughly the 3 add up to ~$130 a month or roughly $33 a week.
Total bills rounded up are roughly $183 monthly. ($46 weekly)

I run a home barbering business out of a study in the house 4 days a week. I am pretty quiet and introverted, I like to keep to myself and enjoy my privacy. Even though I prefer my privacy I do like to interact laugh and joke around with people. I am pretty relaxed when it comes to most things, you'll find im quite chill and easy to get along with. I like to be kind and respectful to other people and expect the same treatment back. I prefer openess and straightforwardness, if there is an issue I would prefer to be confronted about it so we can work together to solve it. I am more than willing to listen to what people have to say.
I am home most of the time, I don't go out much unless it is to visit family or get chores and shopping done. In my spare time I enjoy drawing and video games, I also enjoy watching movies. I also do like to cook and am more than willing to cook and share food if expenses are shared for the ingredients. My main language is English but i am also fluent in Spanish.
I also don't drink or smoke.
I am not a judgmental person I respect people who are not afraid to be themselves, I won't judge you and I expect not to be judged either. A home is where we should feel comfortable and free I value that for myself and anyone else living here.
In an effort to keep a home comfortable I would like someone who is able to directly bring up any issues as soon as they arise so they can be discussed and a solution can be found.
Black(Vino) and grey(Atun) they are brothers.
Both are very friendly and don't cause any issues. Vino especially loves cuddles. They are indoor cats so keep in mind when entering and exiting the house.
I am looking after them for my brother and they may or may not be around for a while.
