The property is an out of the way house tucked into the back of Deception Bay. The house is an old-style house with bricks and hardwood walls. It is very spacious with 2 living spaces. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to comfortably store everything and for everyone to have separate cupboards.
There is parking available in the garage or on the driveway.
There are nice views as the backyard overlooks a dam. (Never had any flooding problems). The place is very quiet and peaceful.
The Deception Bay shopping centre is less than a 5min drive away which includes Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphys, Post Office.
