About occupants
We are a couple sharing a space downstairs and we work in one of the 2 studies upstairs most days, which is the study we share. Presently at least one of us works from home full-time.

We are open, easy-going Europeans who earn their living in the live arts, movie production, horticulture, and psychology, with side-gig studies & hobbies in crafts, wood working, gardening, writing, running, swimming, and outdoor adventures.

Our Vibe & Style:

- TV-free communal living area, keeping our personal media/ music consumption un-intrusive. We want people who are mindful of other's spheres.
- We keep things beautiful—no cleaning rosters needed, take pride & care and organically do what needs to be done
- We’re respectful neighbours in a family-friendly area, so no daily/regular herby smoke

We're creating a sharehouse of individuals with the spirit of freedom in doing our own thing and also enjoy hanging out, over a garden fire and food, and wine or meet out n about for an afternoon beer, which all happens naturally (no stress one way or the other).
Compatible people
Searching for two people to make our sharehouse complete. What we're looking for:

The Basics:

Calm, confident, communicative, and courteous. Who is organised, wants to keep the place clean & tidy, can easily afford the rent, and enjoy the studious sanctuary feel of the space.

Also Helpful:

Sociable, good humour, open minded and not too life & death about any particular news cycle.

Would suit someone who:

- Post-Grad at UQ or QUT - both close. Or a Professional or equivalent. Timely rent and bills are a 'must'.

- likes this architecture over a boxy mod-con apartment, preferring open spaces & greenery.

- Studies or works in the day out & about at least half the time, and lives with intent, going places in spirit and ambition - so whether this is through work or if its hiking or climbing, movement, yoga, being a dance fiend, inventor of helpful things, or a gypsy jazz playing musician!

- Some work or interest in arts or music, history or culture, or the sciences & health

If this glass slipper fits, and you are keen on what you've seen, send us a bit about yourself and why it clicks, we'd love to meet you.
