The shared spaces are: a kitchen, big living room, sun room and dining room. They're all furnished and there's also a big backyard with a well kept BBQ. The house is a comfortable Queenslander, close to public transport (Bus, Ferry), shops and easy to get into the city.
There is also free on street parking and NBN.

The house is a perfect hangout spot, with a great atmosphere and close enough to everywhere you want to be but just far enough to miss all the hustle and bustle.
