hey! looking for a person, couple or 2 friends to live in my apartment while i’m overseas for 3 months. potential to live here longer if we’re compatible :) place is first floor (flight of stairs) spacious, big kitchen, bathroom with bath & washing machine. it’s located off lytton road, 3 min walk away from bus stop & 20 minny walk from shops and chemist. neighbours and landlord are really sweet. can live in my furnished bedroom or set up the spare room.
*must really love cats - flat is reduced rent in exchange for taking care of my two low maintenance cutie pies dennis and winona while im overseas. my friend who lives below will also be sharing this task & she uses the washing machine 1- 2 x pw. all cat food & litter provided. msg if interested or have any q’s. cheers :) fleur
