This room comes with own bathroom, toilet wardrobe and own garage ( suits small car)
The rent is $250 per week.
The situation at hand:
I am only 1 day a week home, so the house will pretty much be occupied only by the tenant for 90% of the time.
Landlord: peaceful, no parties, no smoking, no drinking
