Room for Rent – Quiet, Clean & Respectful Home

I’m looking for a respectful and tidy housemate to share my apartment. I own the apartment and also live here, so I’m looking for someone who will treat the home with the same care and respect that I do.

The room is $435 per week including bills (Internet, hot / cold water usage) electricity will be split 50/50. A 3-4week bond is required.

The bedroom includes a ceiling fan but does not have its own air conditioning. The living area is air-conditioned and available for everyone to enjoy.

A clean, peaceful and private home is very important to me. I’m looking for someone who is naturally tidy, cleans up after themselves, and respects shared spaces. This is not a party house, so parties, frequent visitors, or strangers staying over aren’t suitable.

I also work from home on some days, so I appreciate a quiet environment during business hours.

This is a gay household, and everyone is welcome. I’m happy to live with either gay or straight housemates—what matters most is finding someone who is respectful, considerate, and easy to live with.
