A lovely old style Queenslander 5 xbedroom home 1 room available... lots of room to move around inside and downstairs, does creak & squeek lol , air con in each bedroom ..toilet is in shower upstairs only .. high celings, breezy most times, i do provide fans so air con is not used all the time for your convnience..

1 x queen bed ensemble in each room

Roomy kitchen lots of cupboard space, air fryer & utensils available for daily use electricals can use your own ..

Large yard at back fence all around house

1 x washing machine downstairs, sitting area downstairs or if you like a wine & play music just relax ..

Tv in lounge i have netflix account free to use watch a movie or use your own account etc

Screen on windows in bedroom & lounge , security screen doors on front & back

If you have a car or bikes etc can park in back yard

A pet is welcome has to be registered & friendly

Hygiene is very important, no eating in bedrooms, sheets & towels, pillow slips to be washed each fortnight ...

I love cooking ... and others cooking lol feel free to use the cooking facilities ..

⛔️I will not allow e scooters to be charging in the house at any time .
