Description of the home

I’m graduating from UQ at the end of the year and moving out of this lovely two-bedroom sharehouse in January 2026, and my ensuite room will soon be available. I’ve lived here for over two years and it’s been such a comfortable and peaceful home.

The room can be unfurnished, or fully set up and move-in ready if you’d like to purchase my furniture (single bed, office desk + chair, and bookshelves). Everything is in great condition, and it’s a super convenient option if you’d prefer to settle in quickly without the hassle of buying and moving furniture.

Location perks: We’re in an incredibly convenient spot. The Greenslopes Mall is only a 5-minute walk away, with Coles, Jetts gym, cafés, and plenty of shops close by. The nearest bus stop to the city is also just a 5-minute walk, making commuting to the CBD, uni, or work super easy.

You’ll be taking over the ensuite bedroom, and sharing the place with Ben, who is quiet, friendly, tidy, and very easy to live with. He mostly keeps to himself but is always respectful and approachable.

The new lease will be signed directly with Ben and will start on 15 January 2026 for 12 months, with the option to extend.
