Home Description

Description of the home

Although the house is a duplex, I am renting the largest part of the duplex. It has three bedrooms in total. I am using the master bedroom, and the smaller of the other two is currently used for storage, and some basic exercise stuff.

You can occasionally hear activity from the nearby sporting fields on some nights, or the weekends, but generally this is a quiet area.

House does have sockets for Foxtel, but I am not currently signed up for it.

It is northside of Brisbane, and a little way out, but there is a bus stop nearby (2-4 minute walk). The bus goes to Murrumba Downs Station on the Redcliffe Line, as well as Westfield North Lakes. Car parking is on the street nearby, but I can make room in the garage for a bicycle, or possibly even a motorbike.

NOTE: Any couples that wish to apply for the room, need to fill out an application form with my rental agent. This application form requires an Australian Medicare card as part of the ID check.
