I have a 5-bedroom house in Hawthorne and I am looking to rent out a room. The house has three bathrooms and three lounge areas and pool, so there is plenty of space. I work in professional services and outside work do a lot of sports and social activities. I am very easy going and love to be outdoors on my time off.
It’s a large spacious house with plenty of rooms for someone to have their own space should they prefer.
Coffee shops/shops on Riding road are 200m away, Hawthorne park is 300m away. The express bus into the city is also 200m, while the city cat is a 12min walk.
The environment is very chilled, calm and clean leaving the person to feel relaxed and uninterrupted.
