Current Household

David
I’m originally from Ireland and work full-time from home as an Internship Sales Manager for an education company. My work is generally Monday to Friday business hours. I’m social, friendly, and enjoy a good chat, but I also value a calm and respectful home environment. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Brisbane, spending time with friends, travelling, and taking my two dogs for walks. I’m looking to create a comfortable, welcoming household where everyone feels at home.

Ella & Peggy (The Real Owners of the House 🐶)
Ella and Peggy are two small long-haired Chihuahuas who are very much part of the household. They are friendly, affectionate, and love attention once they get to know people. Most of their day is spent sleeping, sunbathing, or following us around the house. They’re well-behaved indoor dogs and help make the home feel warm and welcoming.

Household Vibe

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. The home suits professionals or mature students who enjoy a peaceful environment but are happy to have the occasional chat, shared meal, or movie night. LGBT-friendly household and all respectful people are welcome.

What We’re Looking For

* Professional or mature student
* Clean and respectful
* Comfortable living with small dogs
* Values open communication and a relaxed household
* Looking for a genuine home rather than just a place to sleep

This is a friendly, inclusive household where everyone has their own space while still enjoying a positive and welcoming atmosphere. 🏡✨
Compatible people
A good flatmate is someone who is respectful, considerate, and easy to communicate with. We value people who clean up after themselves, contribute fairly to shared spaces, and treat the home as their own rather than just a place to sleep.

Some of the qualities that are important to us include reliability, honesty, maturity, and a positive attitude. We appreciate people who are friendly and happy to say hello or have a chat, while also respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

The household would suit someone who is relaxed, drama-free, and considerate of others’ schedules and lifestyles. Whether you’re a professional or a mature student, the most important thing is being respectful, responsible, and helping maintain a comfortable and welcoming home environment for everyone.
Description of pets
The home is shared with two small long-haired Chihuahuas named Ella and Peggy. They are both friendly, affectionate, and well-behaved indoor dogs who are very much part of the family.

Ella is the more confident and curious of the two, while Peggy is a little quieter and takes slightly longer to warm up to new people. Once they get to know you, both love attention, cuddles, and following people around the house.

They spend most of their day relaxing, sleeping, or sunbathing by the windows and are generally very low-maintenance. They are not aggressive and rarely bark indoors, making them well suited to a shared living environment. Prospective housemates should be comfortable living with small dogs and ideally be animal lovers themselves. 🐶🐶
