Are you looking for a centrally located home to share? We have an unfurnished room (available now) in a fantastic 3 storey townhouse in Herston. You will be sharing with 2 females (early to mid 40’s).

All bedrooms are located on the top level, and the main bathroom you will share with 1 other - the main loo is separate to the bathroom. The main entry, lounge, dining, kitchen and courtyard plus a Juliette balcony are all situated on the middle level, along with a laundry and powder room. The lower level is a double garage (although both car spaces are used).

There is plenty of on street parking available via an application for a resident permit to the Brisbane City Council (is super easy to apply online).

We are conveniently located close to all amenities, while maintaining a fabulous suburban feel as we are positioned away from the street. Nearby amenities include the RBWH, Herston Quarter, UQ Herston, QUT Kelvin Grove, Ballymore, Victoria Park, parklands, Downy Park, RNA Showgrounds and the recently redeveloped area off Gregory Terrace, Kelvin Grove Urban Village, numerous bus stops - one at the end of the street taking you to the city and the valley or towards Newmarket plus 2 stops within the Inner-City bus bypass (RBWH station and Herston station). If you drive, we are close to major arterials and numerous shopping hotspots as well.

We are ideally seeking a similar aged person (30’s & 40’s but open to all ages) who is considerate, clean and tidy, quiet, reliable and laid back yet mature, most importantly hygiene is important. We are sociable with each other and enjoy a good chat and checking on how each other is, however we also respect each other’s privacy and understand we all need our space too.

Bills and expenses

Rent is $466.51 per fortnight and bond is currently $953.34, while the electricity is split and is approx $200 quarter each. Please note that you will be required complete an application and be approved by our Property Manager/Real Estate Agency. As you will be replacing our outgoing housemate on our current lease.

PLEASE NOTE: Lease is until 8th July, always continously renewed. You will be replacing our current housemate on our current lease. And also joining us on our new lease which will be from 9/7/25 to 10/7/26 with an increase of $10 each/fornight making it $476.51/fornight
