Not only is this property insanely central, just 5 minutes from Fortitude Valley/CBD/South Brisbane and directly located beside UQ/QUT/other campuses, but it also has a beautiful large bathroom with a jacuzzi and rain shower, multiple living areas, and a large balcony perfect for unwinding at the end of a long day and taking in the occasional sunset. Your bedroom is unfurnished and will remain as such, very large and spacious, with wooden floorboards plus a good sized wardrobe. It also has doors which open out to it's own balcony.

The lease is until March 2026 so I am looking for someone who will stay for the entire period. I will be renewing for a further 12 months at that time, however you'd obviously have the flexibility of deciding whether to continue on or not.

There's also super fast 5G broadband at the property, which is 240Mbps, for an additional monthly fee of $40 each - ideally I'd like a housemate who can share this cost.
