Description of the home

The house always has a homely, clean, and welcoming feel about it. I have been living in the home for almost three years with my close friend, but he has now purchased a home and moved on. I’m hoping for one more flat mate to join the home. Currently one female in one bedroom , & myself in another. We are hoping to find someone who is respectful, clean, & would look after others belongings in the home. The 5th bedroom is an office which is available to use and included.

There is a bus stop only 300m away for public transport, Woolies, Coles, & Garden City Westfield only 5minutes drive. It’s only ten minutes drive to the Southbank exit, & city, on the M1 highway.

I enjoy running around the Brisbane river a few times a week in the mornings and train at the gym in the evenings. I work away doing fifo , so I won’t be home for a week at a time.
