The street is quiet and very easily accessible (Within 5 mins drive or 10-15 min walk) to Coles, Woolies, Sunday morning markets, Westfield, bus stops and many other general services. Also close to M3, M1 and Logan Road. Ample street parking for you to use if you have a car.
Must have experience living with cats or enjoy time with loving cats who do not shed (Spinx and a Devon Rex) (dealbreaker).

I am fairly relaxed most of the time and would like my potential housemate to be the same. If you are tidy, clean, respectful, somewhat social, and are happy living with 2 feline creatures and their slave then it would work out nicely.
