Ben and his cat Cosmo live downstairs and use the small bathroom and his own lounge space.
The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and share the upstairs bathroom.
Large kitchen and spacious lounge room.
Outdoor deck with great views and beautiful sunrises/sunsets 🌅
Backyard/outdoor area with plenty of space to chill or have a bbq

Close to Mount Gravatt Plaza, Westfield Mount Gravatt, gyms, parks and public transport. Plenty of street parking, on a quiet no-through road in a lovely family-friendly neighbourhood. 🏡

We currently have one room available from 4 October 2026. It includes a queen bed, a fan and a wardrobe but unfortunately no aircon.

About occupants
Ben and his cat Cosmo who is fairly introverted and easy-going and spend most his time in the downstairs area of the house watching films and listening to music. He is a TGA approved medical cannabis patient but never smoke inside. Joel and Levi who share the other two rooms upstairs and are super friendly chill blokes who love to have a chat but also like to keep to themselves.
We are searching for one person who is chill, respectful, clean and pays rent and bills on time.
No huge parties, but occasional casual drinks are cool. Ben is allergic to dogs so it is only a cat household.
