Hi, i’m Ben, i’m 25 and live downstairs in my self contained bedroom space which connects to the garage. I am a self employed artist and enjoy spending my spare time drawing, watching films, listening to music, gardening, going for a hike and mostly playing with my kitten Cosmo. I’m quite introverted however once you get to know me I tend to open up! I’m big on respecting everyone’s personal space and keeping the place tidy and presentable. I’m upstairs very little and you will barely hear me, as I tend to only come upstairs to cook or use the kitchen when it’s empty. I also take full responsibility of the gardening as the lease holder, including mowing and whipper snipping.

I think a good flatmate is anyone who helps to make a house feel more like a home, not just a room with lock on it. Someone considerate of others personal space and is generally tidy and pleasant to be around. Bonus points if you’re artistic and have a cat :)

Cosmo is the coolest most distinguished gentleman i’ve had the pleasure of meeting, he has a very gentle and loving heart and can never get enough attention! I keep him in my self contained area downstairs however it would be awesome to live with people who are chill with him roaming around the house freely during the day.
