We have a room for rent in our lovely share house. $220/week

Our house is on a quite street in Holland Park West, close to a major bus line, near shops, Griffith Uni campus, and about 15mins travel to the city by bus.
The house is surrounded by a big leafy garden, with plenty of space to call your own, chill out or entertain friends. It includes a firepit, fairy lights amongst the trees and hammock. If veggie patches are your thing, theres lots of space to build them.
We share all major bills of water, electricity, internet and lawn mowing in a 4 part split, making it very equitable.
