Description of the home
The house is a low set, 4 brm house in Holland Park west. It is about 100m from the 175 bus route stop directly into the city and within walking distance of Holland Park West Bus station, so public transport is well looked after.
Just about everything you could want is within walking distance, cafe's restaurants, shops, multiple gyms and pilates studios, Mt Gravatt East village and home make centre etc. so a real lifestyle location!
The house has a relatively modern kitchen with white marble stone benchtops and black tiles, electric cooktop and stove and a dishwasher.
The house is fully furnished (except the master bedroom, but I could furnish it if required)
There is a North facing back patio with a BBQ on it and a brazier in the back yard for a cosy winter fire.
Your room is the master bedroom of the house with ensuite and walk in robe. It has split system air-conditioning (the whole house has air-conditioning), a large wall mounted TV as well as a sliding door to the front patio, with security screens, which could be used as a separate entrance.
There is off street, non covered parking.

I don't watch a lot of TV as I prefer to be doing stuff, I read books and self educate, trying to get a handle on ai at the moment.
I'm pretty fit and active, I used to be a Pilates instructor until I got too busy, now do it for fitness.
It is a cultured house, I have worked in the arts previously and enjoy the Ballet, go to the odd opera and do art galleries from time to time.
I have 2 dogs which are 7 year old beagle crosses (brother and sister), so we go out for walks daily locally and further out on occasions.
The other 2 bedrooms are for my kids, whom I get 5 days a fortnight.
I have a son in yr 12 who is a nerd and predominately stays in his room playing computer games, studying or sleeping (he's very good at sleeping). We play cricket together in a social comp and hit golf balls when we can. He's taking an interest in fly fishing, which I did when I was younger and I also want to get back into that.
I have a daughter who is 13 and yr 8 in school, she's sporty and active, plays cricket and AFL as well as can hit a golf ball.
Always nice to go for for a beer, restaurant or the odd AFL game at the Gabba.
I'm a non-smoker, run a tidy, quiet house. Respectful of others and privacy. You'd be welcome to join in the fun but happy if you want time to yourself or do your own thing.
It's all pretty chill here.
Having a bit of style and class would help
Someone who wants to join in on a house event or something every now and then would be nice
The female is more of a "home body" doesn't play much but prefers to cuddle and get rubs. She got the brains but missed out a bit on leg size!
