I have 2 small staffys who predominantly freely roam inside and out, mainly wherever I end up usually. Prefer no more pets due to their jealousy. Otherwise, extremely friendly and never ask for much, but will eat anything and ask to go outside if the back door is closed. Fully fenced, quiet street, no nosey neighbours. Will negotiate rent for ideal candidate if you like the place upon visit and review as well as any current circumstances such as hardship. I'm affected by that too.

Hi, My name is Jamie. I’m a single sole occupant of my own home looking for a flatmate to help with expenses whilst I continue to look for work and to also help with some minor renovations so I can finally refresh parts of my home and feel a little less constrained with just day in day out food and bills eating away my entire income. I am clean, friendly, socially awkward, enjoy watching far too much television, only because I think my two dogs are sick and tired of my conversations. I don’t think they quite understand me so it would be great to welcome in a friendly, trustworthy human who needs a place to stay that doesn’t mind the occasional attempts to be funny and practice my social skills on. I rarely have family or friends visit and generally keep to myself with my writing, drawing, gardening (been a while though) and furniture rearranging. If you are willing to assist me with some light handed renovations such as painting or helping preparation areas at lea, it would be advantageous and the rent is flexible depending on extra assistance around the place when needed, without asking and definitely someone who would treat my home as though it were their own. Cleanliness, personal privacy and freedom to laze about doing anything we like as long as it’s not stealing, making a mess, inviting people over unannounced or using my toothbrush. Also must love small dogs. They are great and they would protect you with their lives. As long as you let them sleep by your side and you take them outside for a toilet break if they walk up to you with that look. Plenty of room. Welcome to discuss the possibility of introducing a third flatmate, whom we both don’t know, to reduce your rent even more. If you want internet, you will have to twist my arm as I’ve been a Scrooge lately using my mobile as a hotspot. About time I got real internet and some sort of television subscription to join the real world.
