I’m looking for the right person to share my modern two-bedroom apartment. The room available is a large bedroom with its a private bathroom, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and comfort.

The apartment is in a high-end building with world-class facilities including a pool, gym, cinema, and resident lounges. The room and shared areas are fully furnished, bright and very well maintained.

I take pride in keeping the place extremely clean and organised, so I’m looking for someone who is the same. The ideal flatmate is tidy, considerate, respectful of shared spaces, a non-smoker and has no pets. This is a calm and comfortable home, so it suits a professional or post-grad student who wants to enjoy the space without the stress of a messy or noisy environment.

The location is excellent, close to cafes, restaurants and public transport, and only a short trip to the CBD.
