You’ll be sharing with a lady who works full time, is very easy going and lovely to houseshare with.
This 2bedroom unit/town house is situated in the beautiful suburb of Kangaroo Point. Its Located in a quiet street that sits right behind The Pineapple Hotel and is only a 5 min walk to The Kangaroo Point cliffs and Joeys Cafe. Lovely walks along the Brisbane River are right at your Fingertips.

I do have a 6kg cavoodle dog which I just went through approval with the Real estate so it would be possible for another pet to be approved. So you'll just need to apply for that. In saying that I dont think it would be suited to a larger dog. Cat or small dog ideally.

Please also note: You’ll be taking over my half of the tenancy and will need to go through approval with the real estate like I did when I moved in. Rent is $475 per week which we pay fortnightly, bond $1600 with the RTA.
