The rent for this room is reduced in exchange for looking after 3 cats while I’m away. My housemate will also be living here. (Usually $300 rent + $60 bills per week).

The house has a huge deck, patio and a garden. There are four bedroom and 3 bathrooms but only you and my housemate will be living at the house.

The room is extra large and has a queen bed and most of the closet space available. You will use the downstairs bathroom which is also the laundry/ guest bathroom.

There are two living areas - one next to the kitchen with a seating area and dining room and a lounge in the basement. The house is fully furnished with all furniture and electronics.

The house is walking distance (less than 1km) to Aldi, QUT precinct, Roma and Victoria parks, cafes, post office and other local amenities. There are several bus stops a short walk away with quick access to the city, Fortitude Valley, etc.

I have three indoor cats so security doors and unscreened windows need to remain closed so they can't get out.

Neat and tidy applicants only. Cleaning duties shared.

Will need to meet in person prior to move in date to discuss cat care. This will consist mainly of feeding, cleaning litter boxes, giving treats/medication and playing with them. I am slightly flexible on the move-in and move out dates.
