There is a room to rent in this 3 bedroom upstairs/downstairs townhouse in Kuraby, Brisbane 4112. There are currently 2 tenants living on the property and one of the tenants has a child.

The third person living on the property would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

There is a garage space.
The room is a little small, so I would be ideal for someone with not too many belongings! That being said, we can always find room!

It is a lovely corner block in a quiet area of Kuraby. All I ask is that you are clean and pay your bills on time - this is a non-negotiable.
