The setup is a little unique — the lease only allows for 1 additional tenant, but you’ll have access to 2 bedrooms for your own use. Perfect if you want extra space for a home office, gaming setup, storage, or just don’t want to feel cramped in a typical share house.
It’ll only be you and myself living in the house, so there’s plenty of privacy and space throughout the home.
Utilities are additional:
• Electricity averages around $100/month each depending on aircon usage
• Water is usually around $70–$100 each per quarter
• Gas works out to around $100 each every 6 months
• WiFi isn’t currently set up as my current housemate is taking theirs, but I’m happy to organise internet with the new tenant if wanted
Bond will be 4 weeks which comes to $1360 which would need to be paid before allowing anyone to move in
Preferably I am looking for a male housemate
I am open to couples as the realestate will allow couples
