We have a room coming available around the 29th of Oct it has a King single bed, This room has a conditional 3 month lease, because we may have another tenant moving in at the beginning of February next year, the brother of another tenant. There is nothing confirmed, and they both may look at finding there own place, if he does decide to move in, we will give you heaps of warning to find another place, or another room may come available in the home, nothing is set in stone. :)
At the very least you can spend summer with Air-conditioning :)

About the occupants
At the moment my son and his girlfriend live in the house, David and Niesh, both work fulltime and are easy going. In there early 20's, they love to go to the movies and play computer games, they are very social and you will have no problem fitting in. We currently have the other two rooms filled, one male and one female, both in there early 20's so there is only the one room left to rent. thanks :)
