About occupants
Hi, I’m Nicki, I’m 57 and I’ve recently renovated a beautiful old workers’ cottage called Rose.

I like to stay active and busy, and I’m looking forward to getting back into training (gym and martial arts) now that most of the renovation is done. There’s just the ensuite left to complete, which will make the house two bathrooms — for now, the main bathroom is shared.

I work during the day and value a relaxed, respectful home. I also have two cats, brothers Elwood & Jake (named after the Blues Brothers). They keep each other entertained while I’m at work and are a big part of the home.
Compatible people
A good flatmate is clean, respectful, communicative, reliable with rent and bills, mindful of shared spaces, and enjoys a friendly but relaxed home environment.
Description of pets
Elwood and Jake are ragdoll cross brothers with very different personalities. Jake is the more athletic of the two—affectionate, playful, and a little bit naughty. Elwood is more robust and laid-back, a touch aloof, and enjoys doing his own thing. They’re both friendly, well-behaved, and very much part of the household.
