Downstairs 3 bedroom self-contained apartment with separate Entrance, Kitchenette, Living area, Bathroom, and Deck. 1 room is currently available the other is currently let to a young English man who has just arrived in Australia and getting to know the place, the third is left for guest/spare room, currently set up as a computer room. The house backs onto parkland, with some nice walking tracks, a bus stop at the end of the street, and the deck is nestled in the trees. Off-street tandem parking included. Rooms are fully furnished however I can remove the furniture if you prefer.

The house is surrounded by both amenities and nature. The distance to 7/11 and bus stop 200m (serviced by the 227 and 240, 220 also stops near by), supermarket and 24-hour gym 1.5km, Waterfront bars, restaurants, and the train station 2.5km. Moreton Bay is about 10 minutes away by bike or a nice walk through interconnected parks.

I live upstairs with my partner staying over regularly, she has a dog, which also comes over occasionally, we have a separate Entrance so other than a shared laundry and occasional friends/family staying in the spare room we never venture down stairs. I'm generally pretty busy during the week however am up for a deck hang or something on the weekend but of course equally happy we do our own things.
