Description of the home
Looking for a female only pet-lover to be our next housemate in a large home with big backyard. Would work best with someone who is home more during the day in terms of the shared bathroom and kitchen. Bus stop 240m walk, 2km to the ocean. Nice quiet street.
The room is on the smaller side, and is fully furnished with a queen bed, built ins and small desk. Storage space available.
Could suit short term traveller. Also open to someone who has a smaller budget but has time to spare. (We have 3 dogs - with permit- and 2 cats who would love the company!) Especially interested if you are looking for a long term place to call home and have the time to make it a home. Happy to chat further.

About occupants
We are a family of 3, my husband is a chef, I work in IT and my daughter is a university student at UQ studying history and literature. We share the house with two female overseas students/ workers who are lovely and very respectful of space. We all keep fairly busy in the week but enjoy a chat over dinner. Would describe the environment as mature, somewhat quiet but sociable and open to mixed cultures and ages.
