I’m a bit of a mix: a decent cook, a bike-rider, easygoing kind of guy who’s also a total nerd and makes stuff on my 3d printer, or with an angle grinder and welder in the shed🛠️
Important heads-up: You must be an animal person — my Staffy, Tubby, is basically my furry mate, and he’s an affectionate legend. If you like birds too, bonus points — my macaw, Charlie, would love a new human friend (or someone to dance with occasionally. It’s a bird thing 🦜).
I’m after a housemate who:
- Has a job (or at least isn't living a full-time couch life)
- Has decent hygiene and knows how to clean up after themselves (dishwasher skills = 💯)

Description of the home
The house is set way back from the road in an easy to access central location. It is private with 6ft high fences around the property and automatic electric gates. Theres a nice grassed lawn out the back.
Shops are only minutes away by car or a 10 min walk and bus stop out the front.
There is off street undercover parking if you have a car.
The entire house is freshly painted with new carpets in the bedrooms and lounge.
The large TV in the lounge has Apple TV with Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney etc and internet is available. There is a beautiful covered outdoor entertaining area (with a TV) and currently just myself and my dog (a quiet staffy) and two birds we lead a pretty quiet life, and with a great grassed backyard at the rear you can sunbake or exercise.

Description of pets
I have a black Staffy called 'Tubby', hes a pretty quiet little guy but he can be sociable if you enjoy pets,... He is housetrained and spends his days outside. He's friendly and loves pats!
I also have a Blue and Gold Macaw named Charlie! If you move in maybe you can be his friend too!
