Our place is a beautiful, modern townhouse built just two years ago, so everything feels fresh, clean, and contemporary. It’s bright and welcoming, with a spacious open-plan living area, a stylish kitchen with plenty of storage, and quality finishes throughout.

We’re super close to Chermside Shopping Centre and just 5 minutes from Everton Park. Multiple bus stops are only a few minutes’ walk, making transport easy. The house is also 7 minutes from St Vincent’s and St Charles hospitals.

The home has air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus a lovely patio and garden, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a long day. This room comes with access to one of the secure car garage spaces.

The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly. McDowall Village is just 10 minutes walk away and has a grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic, hair and nail salon, and much more. There are also multiple parks nearby and close access to the Reserve bike/running tracks. Great for staying active or getting fresh air.
