-               Shared fridge/freezer for the 2 bottom rooms, is upstairs on veranda next to kitchen.
-               Front door is upstairs, however a second entry door through the laundry downstairs. 
-               On street parking but close to transport on Ipswich and Beaudesert Roads.
-               You would be responsible for cleaning your room, shared cleaning of downstairs is between the 2 rooms and shared cleaning of the kitchen between the house.
-               Current lease until April 2027.
