Description of the home
You must be an animal lover. We are looking for another member of the family, not just a house mate or tenant.
One of the largest rooms you can find - it's basically a studio, almost. You have to see it to appreciate it. Don't let my crappy photography skills mislead you! Previous occasions, first person to view almost immediately picked it up.
You will have your own space downstairs with a very large bedroom (you have to see it to believe it!), your own study/work, (basic) cooking and cleaning space. The shower/bathroom is mainly yours, apart from the rare occasions where we have guests as it is a common bathroom.
Street parking is plenty. Internet is included. Water and electricity in included, but capped and negotiable. We are considering replacing the current air-conditioning unit in the room but will discuss before proceeding as it will impact rent price. Previous tenant did not want aircon as the room/house is well insulated. But we can discuss. Just reach out, we can negotiate anything really. :)

Bills and expenses
Internet, electrocity, water etc. Included but capped (basically we can negotiate if you want the aircon installed instead of the fan etc). Even cleaner is negotiable. We're super easy.
