The property is a 2 level townhouse with the available bedroom being downstairs. The room has a ceiling fan and a built in wardrobe. You will have your own private tolet and bathroom.
Upstairs has the kitchen, lounge room and my room with another spare bathroom. There is also another small lounge room downstairs that is currently empty and not being used, so if you do want your own lounge room that is there.Garage parking is available if you have a car.
There is a backyard that is concreted but there is currently no outside furniture there.
