HOUSE NEAR TRAIN STATION
My house it is located in a quiet street with ample parking, in a safe neighborhood and is within 5 minutes walking distance to the Kallangur Railway station and bus, hospital, shops, local park and sporting grounds. It is 10 minutes (or one station away) from the University of Sunshine Coast - Petrie Campus. There is ample parking in a quiet, safe street.

Hi I am Julia (the home owner) and I live with my partner Tokoa. We are a quiet, tidy and respectful couple who both work full-time but enjoy some sociaising in our free time.
We both love music, cooking, entertaining, going to the beach and gym and an evening out. We enjoy a fairly simple life and don't like drama of any kind.
We are big on supporting each other, and like to keep a clean house, so we expect our house mates to be clean and tidy. We both work full-time.
My partner works shifts and is currently away nights for the next month. He does enjoy a a few drinks on some Friday afternoons but finishes up around 10pm because he often works on Saturdays. He is quite social and likes to have a laugh.
I am up most days about 5am and go for a walk then settle in to work. You don't hear from me much throughout the day because I am working in my office, so for students, you will find this a delight.
In the past we have rented to students, couples and other full-time workers so are used to living with other people.
We also have two cats Puka (indoor) and Neenae (indoor + Outdoor).
