Your Master Bedroom is MASSIVE, with a private balcony, walk in wardrobe, and huge ensuite. To be honest there's not really many 2B places anywhere that match it, we were looking for a while before landing this place

We have been spoilt with the location of this townhouse, just a block from merthyr village, a short walk from the river / powerhouse / park.

It's a split level townhouse with a lot more space and natural light than you'd expect, away from the street so minimal noise, and obviously a sense of security being tucked away (New farm is already fairly secure though)

Connected lock-up garage with built in storage is a godsend, separate laundry room and toilet downstairs a luxury.

The common area and kitchen is laid out well, with a nice balcony (About to be refurbished) and a lot of space.

My partner and I are moving out at the start of July as we've just purchased a house and are looking for someone suitable to take our master bedroom in New Farm.

At the moment we live with Hayden, a lifelong friend of mine who I've had the pleasure of living with for a few years now. He will be your new flatmate if you like the place so I'll share some details from our experience living with him 😄

Hayden works full time for New Farm Seafood just a block away at Merthyr village, and although it changes a little day to day his schedule could be summed up as:

Mon & Sat - Off
Tues - Fri - 11am - 4pm, 5pm - 10pm

That means most evenings you get the house to yourself, and generally mornings before 8.

A little side perk of Hayden's job is an abundance of fresh sushi, sashimi, and seafood throughout the week which he happily shares.

At home Hayden usually spends most time in his room playing games or MTG, if he isn't cooking or eating downstairs, but we are longtime friends so we also hang out regularly and chat as he loves a good conversation.

We've never had any disputes while living together, but ONLY because of open communication. Hayden has always been eager to know if something he's doing is causing friction and will immediately try his best to resolve it and the same has gone in reverse, although for the most part living together has been a BREEZE compared to some housemates i've had.

We have a very close friend group all ~30yr old and hang out regularly so you'd likely have the opportunity to make new friends, depending on what you are looking for as we don't really drink or party, mostly board/card games and relaxing.
